History

Roberto SA has been manufacturing and selling ready-to-serve dishes, sauces and fresh pasta since 1982. It is a company of considerable importance in its field, standing out from the competition due to the wide range of its products.

From the beginning Roberto SA committed to meeting the continuously expanding needs of the local authorities and catering trade with innovative, quality products that are easy to prepare. In 1986, the company enlarged its field of activities by supplying the wholesale and retail trade.

In 1990 Roberto SA licensed its brand name and know-how to a French financial group - Roberto France was born.

A production unit was set up in France, based on the Swiss model, but managed by the French group of investors who may call on the advice and technical assistance of Roberto SA (Suisse). This operation allows the company to meet demand from France and the Benelux countries for the relevant food products.

Today Roberto SA (Suisse) supplies major distributors with a full range of prepared dishes, fresh pasta and sauces from the production unit in Meyrin (Geneva, Switzerland) under its own brand name.
